Review the total price, provide any special requests, and complete secure checkout. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with booking details and host contact information.

Cancellation policies vary by property. Each listing displays its cancellation policy prominently before you book. Common policies include: Flexible (free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in), Moderate (free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in), and Strict (limited refund within specific timeframes). Always review the policy before booking.

To list your property, create a host account at Datsit. Complete your profile with identification verification, then click 'List a Property'. Provide comprehensive details about your space including property type, amenities, house rules, and pricing. Upload high-quality photos from multiple angles, add an accurate description, and set your availability calendar. Your listing will be reviewed for quality standards before going live.

When you book, payment is secured with Datsit until your stay is complete and both guest and host are satisfied. The full amount is held securely. After checkout, the host receives payment minus Datsit's commission. If you cancel within the cancellation window, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
